Gwen Ricordeau, Political Science and Criminal Justice, contributed to the 2018 book “Prison Breaks: Toward a Sociology of Escape.” Read more here. Ricordeau also authored, “A case study on the global policing of third world women’s marriages: Filipino Women and Marriage Migration” in SciELO (University of Campinas in Sao Paolo, Brazil). Scott Brady, Geography and Planning, blends the original photography of Dr. Juan Ignacio Bustamante Vasconcelos with his own photography in Oaxaca, Mexico, in a photo exhibition. Read more here.

Rachel Middleman, Art and Art History, authored the book “Radical Eroticism: Women, Art, and Sex in the 1960s.” More on the book can be found here.

[ACTIVITIES]

Currently on leave for the spring 2018 semester, Teresa Cotner, Art Education, is teaching lessons in Visual Arts on Spanish for elementary students in Mexico.
