Promoting Achievement Through Hope

More than 23,000 children age out of the nation’s foster system annually—less than 3 percent of whom will earn a college degree in their lifetime. Every year, students in the University’s Promoting Achievement Through Hope Scholars program are reversing that narrative with the support of staff and their peers.
