CSU, Chico’s Center for Healthy Communities Receives Unprecedented Food Security Contract

Chico State's Center for Healthy Communities has received an unprecedented contract through the California Department of Social Services.

Stephanie Bianco, associate director of the Center for Healthy Communities, is one of 26 recipients of the CSU Faculty Innovation and Leadership Award. The systemwide award recognizes faculty who are implementing innovative practices that significantly improve learning and course outcomes. Stephanie is also an associate professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Science.
