Awards and Activities

Bachelor Degree Center listed Chico State at No. 10 in its national ranking of “25 Best Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration Degree Programs for 2021.” The University’s Health Services Administration degree is one of only two programs in California that appeared in the entire top 25.

Publications, Presentations, and Exhibits

Faculty Joel Minden (Department of Psychology) was quoted in Real Simple’s story, “How Embracing Curiosity Can Help Halt Anxiety.” Minden offers suggestions how people can navigate through anxiety by replacing it with curiosity.

Faculty Matthew Stone (Department of Recreation, Hospitality, and Parks Management) was an expert resource for the website Wallethub’s article “Ask the Experts: Best Hotel Credit Cards.”
