Publications, Presentations and Exhibits

Thomas Henderson (College of Agriculture) co-authored a manuscript in the journal Advancements in Agricultural Development. The manuscript, titled “Perceived changes among second-stage agriculture teachers following a professional development experience in Ecuador,” explores changes in the perceptions of second stage (4 to 10 years) school-based agricultural education teachers following a professional development experience in Ecuador.

Ryan Perkins (Department of Kinesiology) co-authored a paper in the journal Physiology exploring how aging dysregulates muscle health at the molecular level. The study is titled, “Effects of Aging and Lifelong Aerobic Exercise on Expression of Innate Immune Components in Human Skeletal Muscle.”

Hossein Zakeri (College of Agriculture) co-authored an article in the journal Science Direct titled, “The quality of nitrogen derived from symbiotic N fixation but not the relative contribution of N fixation to total N uptake uncreased with breeding for greater soybean yields.”

Forrest Hartman (Department of Journalism and Public Relations) penned an article titled “‘Love and Monsters’ Is Frightfully Fun,” appearing on the website for Highbrow Magazine.
