Publications, Presentations and Exhibits

Daniel Veidlinger, Department of Comparative Religion and Humanities, published a book titled, From Indra’s Net to Internet: Communication, Technology and the Evolution of Buddhist Ideas.

Awards and Activities

Thomas Fahey, Department of Kinesiology, was recognized with the Lad Pataki Award for Lifetime Achievement by USA Track and Field. Fahey’s achievements included winning 11 straight U.S. National Championships (1998–2008), five medals in the Masters World Championships (gold medal in 2003), and four straight gold medals in the World Masters Games (held every four years).
